SAMANTHA FARLOW-MOYD
Principal
Samantha D. Farlow-Moyd began her legal career as an associate of the Law Firm of Glenn Walters in Orangeburg, SC where she gained experience handling various types of cases, including high profile criminal case and complex litigation matters. She also clerked at other prominent firms across the state including Rosen, Rosen & Hagood in Charleston, SC and Nexsen Pruet in Columbia, SC.
Mrs. Farlow-Moyd has counseled and represented individuals and business entities in a wide range of legal matters. She has drafted contracts for entertainers, helped families sort out ownership property issues, and advocated on behalf of adults and juveniles in the criminal justice system. A significant part of her practice also includes settling personal injury and worker’s compensation cases for those who have been injured. Mrs. Farlow Moyd has also taught Employment Law, Criminal Law and Business Ethics to college and graduate students.
